Full snapshots at z=3.0
Providing access to the full THERMAL dataset is currently not possible with our computational resources. However we offer the possibility of downloading the z=3.0 snapshots of the THERMAL suite simulations:

We thank NERSC for providing this service. Each 10243 snapshot is ~45 GB and contains, at least, the following fields: baryon density, dark matter density, temperature, velocity and HI density and optical depth assuming an specific UVB model (following the method outlined in Lukic et al (2015; arXiv/1406.6361). More detailed information can be found in the README file in the repository. Please contact us if you are interested in other dataset from the THERMAL Suite.

Voigt Profile Fitting
We provide here the Voigt profile fits used in Hiss et al. (2019) to a set of skewers of different simulations of the THERMAL Suite at z=2. We refer the reader to this work for the full details on this dataset.
- Hdf5 datase file which includes the Voigt profile fits and thermal parameters associated with each simulation.
- Python script with an example of how to read the hdf5 dataset.
